A Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Ariful Islam joined Meezan Bank in April 1999 as the Bank’s first Chief Operating Officer. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector. His last assignment was at Faysal Bank Limited (FBL) where he was the Executive Vice President & Regional Manager – South. Prior to that, he was the Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Investment Banking Group at MCB.

A graduate of City University of New York, Abdul Rahman’s experience spans over a decade of working with software companies.  As an employee of Cheyenne Software, he was an important member of the team that captured over 80% of the worldwide disaster recovery market. His last position was with Computer Associates as a Senior Business Technologist. He joined Plexus in August 2001 as its first Chief Operating Officer. 

Asad holds B.E. in computer Systems from NED in 1989.  Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQC) from Pakistan Institute of Quality Control (PIQC). Attended various trainings on Project Management, Software Quality Assurance, ISO and TQM.  Over 16 years of experience in IT industry. Asad is well experienced in project management and client coordination. He is part of the management for strategic planning and responsible for team development.

In his early career as Systems Support Engineer at Computer Graphics and Systems; he used to support multi-user operating systems such as Unix and Novel Netware.  Moved to in 1992 and served around 5 years in Arabian Business Machines.  Came to in 1997 and started a software house in partnership called Auriga Associates.  In 2000 joined Feditec (Pvt) Limited as Chief Technology served over six years. 

Waseem has a Masters degree in Computer Science from FAST-Institute of Computer Science and has over 10 years experience in designing, developing, and managing application development.

He brings with him some excellent international experience; having worked in and US. Prior to joining Plexus, Waseem was working in the capacity of Software Development Manager at connect2web. At connec2web he was responsible for managing applications delivery and managing connect2web’s Project Managers, Quality Assurance Department, and Graphics Design Department. 

Imran has done Bachelors of Science from University of Karachi and got Diploma in Computer Science from Petroman Training Institute, Karachi. He started his career as a Programmer in 1993 which paved the way for project management. He has vast experience of complete software development life cycle.

Prior to joining Plexus, he was working as Manager Projects in AMZ Access, a leading software development firm in . He was looking after the ERP and WEB projects development. 

Have a Masters degree in Computer Science with experience of over 16 years in Software Development, Distributed computing, Client Server and Web-based applications, He has extensive experience in analysis, systems design and development on Oracle and Informix platforms.

Have extensive experience of the entire software life cycle (SDLC) viz. analysis, design & Development and project management activities. Have good experience in software testing and Quality Assurance. Experience also includes Cisco based Networks management with heterogeneous server classes and operating systems. 

Mr. Adil is graduate from University of Karachi in Commerce discipline and he is also a CA finalist, one module to go to qualify as Chartered Accountant. He is also an Associate Member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA), a qualification recognized by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). He has 8 years of experience in finance, audit and consultancy. Prior to joining Plexus, he was a Senior Auditor & Consultant with Liaquat Zaman-Chartered Accountants.
