Lease Management System  

Lease management is a comprehensive system that has both corporate and consumer lending features. Developed on 3-Tier architecture, the system is fully configurable and dynamic capable of catering ever changing and growing needs.


 

General Features

 
  • Collects proposal assessment, contract activation, accounts receivable, generation of repayment schedules, amortization schedule, receipts against the repayments and business partners (anyone directly or indirectly involved in a leasing contract is business partner) details and their exposure. They will also take care of contract modification if there is any change in the financial terms e.g. change in interest rate or change in lease period, partial redemption or partial termination
  • Maintain policies defined for each stage in a contract
  • Handle settlement of a contract including both normal maturity and early termination. Release of documents and registration copy of the asset will be done at this stage
  • Incorporates handling of all defaulted contracts, repossession of the assets and any litigation against the sued business partner.
  • Take care of the asset details including asset depreciation (Accounting, Management and Tax), asset insurance and exposure percentage of the insurance companies.

Credit Management System

  • Credit Application / Business Proposal - Complete information is captured in credit application for the preparing business proposal and processing.
  • Facility Types - Credit Facilities which are being offered by the financial institution to consumers or commercial customers
  • CIB / Borrower’s Details - Credit related information in the parameterized setup allows for the configuration of formats provided by controlling authorities in order to capture the data of default borrowers
  • Online Approval using Credit Committee Definition - Incorporates Online Loan application approval through user defined committee setup, and the route to be followed by an application to be authorized by defined committee members
  • Disbursement – Loan disbursement is also based on parameters for criteria including Full disbursement, Partial Disbursement, Staged Disbursement etc.
  • Repayment Handling – Parameter based repayment criteria for different tenor, calculation types, i.e. Effective, Flat etc., and rental modes like Advance and Arrear
  • Rescheduling / Restructuring - Loan restructuring or rescheduling after the payment of few rentals/installments including Step-up, Step-down and tenor based.
  • Risk Management - MIS to monitor the ongoing Credit Risk on geographical and industrial sector basis.
  • Loan Loss Provisioning - Parameters to define different classifications of loans; criteria to control the behavior of loan and different alerts and notifications.
  • Product Setup & General Ledger Module - Mapping of Limit/Facility types with banking products in order to create the reflection of loan figures and Balance Sheet.
  • Controls and Security - User level privileges comprises of roles and activities that a user can perform with the application
