| Page Management: |
|
|
This section enables the creation, edition and deletion of customizable web pages. The main window of the Page Management module enables the following features:
- Creation of a new web page.
- Preview a web page.
- Edition/Deletion of a web page.
- Set visibility/accessibility of web page.
- It also enables to maintain hierarchy of pages.
Pages are arranged in a hierarchical manner for easy access, and the user can create as many sub-pages as he prefers. A page level security option is available which enables the user to grant or restrict access to different sections or pages of the website, and a search option is also available to find specific pages.

The menu management module enables the user to create and manage customizable menus, set their contents, visibility (whether the menu will be shown) and as well as along with the settings of their placement on the screen.

Image Slider is a JavaScript based dynamic power-point like component that loads infinite number of images from the references stored at database, which is been viewed in a sliding manner. A Multiple Image Slider Support is Also available. Furthermore, various transformation styles and the additional properties parameter give an extra customization option for sliding images. Transitions are time-varying filters that create a transition from one visual state to another.

Marquee Manager simply creates a scrolling text marquee. All the Marquee related functionalities have been incorporated in this component to facilitate variety. Furthermore, there can also be multiple marquees on single page. Various Transformations are another good feature of Marquee Management; however, it is only supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer. |

| Rotating Advert Management: |

This Component will control the appearance of the advertisements placed on the website. It assists the user to edit the components of the advertisement including the number of images that will be associated. The user will have to specify the location of the images that are to be uploaded along with the height and width specifications. The user is also allowed to make the images active or inactive. The fundamental functionality of this module is that every time the website user accesses the website, a new image will be displayed.

| Text Banner Manager: |

This module allows the user to display text banners on the website. By default, three banners will be provided, however they could be edited and new text banner could be created as well. The contents of the text banner will be typed by the user and the appearance could also be modified.

| Guest Book Management: |
|
|
This module enables the user to create and manage Guest Books and their related messages. Thereby, Guest Books could be created up to one level; however there could be any number of messages for each guest book. On the other hand, the website users can view and submit their messages from the Sign In control.

| FAQ Management: |
|
|
This component is used to create and manage FAQ’s based on categories. In this regard, users can create hierarchical categories and for each category there can be any number of FAQ’s. By default five categories are imparted; which could be easily customized as per requirement.
Viewers/Website users can access the FAQ by clicking the questions. One answer will be visible for the question that was clicked by the viewer.

| Poll Management: |

This component is used to create and manage web based polls. Each poll can have any number of options, out of which only one can be selected. However, this should be noted that a user can only vote in a poll once per IP address. On submitting the vote, the poll results are displayed in a bar chart, however, results can be viewed without casting a vote.

| Survey Management: |

This module enables the user to create and manage web based surveys. Each survey can have any number of questions, with each question having any number of options. A question can have options in two styles;
- Check Boxes (For multiple answers)
- Radio Buttons (For single answer)

This module enables the user to display news items on the website. Each news item has a release date and an expiration date could also be set which is optional.

| Web Mailer Management: |

This Component will assist the user to create and administer a mailing list, News letters, News Letter Templates and Generate Welcome email messages to new members. The layout of the initial page for this module differs from the other modules. The page will load containing not only the options and functions available to the user but also with a brief description of each functionality. This will aid the user to carry out his functions with maximum ease.

| System Administration: |

This Component assists the website administrators. It defines the action and control made available to them. By default, two types of administration will be provided:
- System Roles: This section will enable the user to control and define the roles; by default two types of roles are available i.e. Super Admin and Admin however they could be edited by the user.
- System Users: This section provides the capability to view / add / edit the system users. Each user has certain distinct username, certain password and a valid role.
